Hi,i'm a woman of science,an entomologist and a teacher.I'm a self taught artist but just have a passion for art.I started with Pahari miniature in water colors(17th century art of the sub-Himalayan states that flourished during the end of the Mughal period in India).Later switched to oil.

I love the feel of oil.When I started painting few years back I realized it was the most amazing feeling.Creating something which is in the mind,heart and then being transformed on canvas is a great emotion.With each passing year i have learnt a lot,but hav'nt been able to devote time.This year I'll follow my heart.
