I have been doing illustrations of homes for about 7 years, after retiring from the advertising business. I work in pencil creating black and white illustrations from photographs for all sorts of clients, homeowners and realtors, who use my work as closing gifts. My charge for an original b&w illustration of a home is a very reasonable $160.00, which includes all packing and mailing charges. Turn around time is about three weeks from the time I receive the photos to the delivery of the finished work.
