Printmaking-
Other/Misc.
With monoprints, every image is a unique print. With intaglio, there is the process to revisit and explore the potential in the same image. Both provide endless possibilities for learning and pleasure and the artist is engaged in pushing the boundaries of the medium—to combine painterly qualities and collage into her creative palette. Ms. Morrison has worked and/or studied with Sheila Goloborotko, Sheila Marbain, Marina Ancora, Bruce Waldman, Mitch Lyons, Yale Epstein, and Robert Kaupelis. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Art Education from New York University and Masters of Social Work from Yeshiva University (Masters Thesis: Learning to Draw in The Art of Social Work.)
Ms. Morrison’s most recent exhibitions has been inclusion in the 2008 www.artkudos.com online art show of international artists and the Summer 2008 Brooklyn Waterfront Artists Coalition (BWAC) Art Show. BWAC is located at 499 Van Brunt Street, Brooklyn, New York. BWAC is the largest artist run, not for profit art organization...
