Destined to be born in the United States, Jose was taken to cuba as young boy when his father escaped Cuba in 1961.Growing up in Miami,he learned to love all things left behind through the tales and nostalgia of his father.Completely self-taught and never having any training in the discipline of art,formal or otherwise,Abraham is a true testimony that talent is a gift from God.Today he shares all of this with us througt the vivid colors of his oils and canvaes that come together to create a picture of his what Cuba once was,the land that his father loves.
