I was born and raised in Chicago, Ill.and presently reside in Saint Paul, MN. I began to sculpture through divine intervention while living in Memphis Tn. I have never had any artistic training but have always been creative and taught myself various crafts. Up until 2003, I had no conscience interest in learning to sculpt. I was living in Memphis and could not find employment, but being optimistic about my future I purchased a book called 'With God, All things are Possible'. I desired to establish a relationship with God after receiving him as my savior in a baptismal ceremony at The Apostolic Church of God in Chicago, Il in 2000. I sought his direction to learn my purpose and his plan for my life. I found a prayer in the book titled 'God will put me in my right work'. I prayed earnestly for a week day and night and from that prayer, I began sculpturing from newspaper pulp and with each sculpture I became more and more detailed when I sculpted. My blessing was two-fold...
