Hello. My name is Thomas DiGrazio and I am an aspiring Graphics Designer. Upon graduating high school I took my first step towards achieving this by enrolling at Gateway Community College to acquire an Associates Degree in Graphics Communications Technology. There I studied in depth Electronic Publishing, Ink & Color Imaging, Printing Procedures & Methods, Layout & Copy Preparation and Advanced Photoshop & Illustrator Techniques. These proved to be very beneficial because I was offered internships from Vertis Communications and Quebecor World. At Vertis Communications I engaged in color masking for the L.L. Bean and Franklin Mint catalogues. At Quebecor World I was given detailed exposure to Production Printing Systems. Each provided me with a significant knowledge as to the demands and skill sets Graphic Designers face on a daily basis. Currently I am a senior at S.C.S.U. working to further enhance my education, portfolio and skills required to work as a professional Graphics Designer...
