An Artists Authenticity

If we can be true to ourselves and our craft, then there's no need to find validation for the artist's that we are. In a sea of talents, from the old called Masters, to the new, the celebrated, and those like us who have yet to find our places, we owe it to ourselves to best to carry on. Let the creative juice flow and make hay, while the passion burns and our energy last. Let nothing get in the way of our expressing our souls on our canvasses, like writers who must tell stories, penning words for days and the midnight hours.
The journey is as meaningful, though sometimes long and daunting, as the birthing of our masterpieces. But we must never lose the joy, of doing that which we truly love. This to me, is our authenticity.
