Growing up in Canada, I spent many hours with with my Dad, whose hobby was photography, taking pictures and watching a blank paper evolve into an artform as we worked developing film. This fascinated me and it was only in my later adult life that I began to photograph in earnest and paint abstracts and landscapes of the Maine Coast.
