I have been an artist as long as I can remember. I live in a rural area of Nebraska and most of my pastel paintings are inspired by where I live. I love the effects of light and color in the landscape. Recently I have been experimenting with strong color and loving the results. I am also an art educator and share my passion for art with 100's of children during the school year. Summers find me working in my studio with the pastels I love.
