I am thrilled to say that I am involved in a great project in Temecula on May 14th at the Vault...if you are in the area check it out! About 30 artists, live music...good times...all raising money for the Nicolas Foundation for autism...a cause that is close to my heart because of my sweet boy, Zac!

I am so happy that you are seeing my work...it is, of course, an expression of who I am, and where I have been...so needless to say it's a little scary sharing myself with the world!
I work almost exclusively with acrylics (except for the ladyslippers), and began with realism as my style. Over time, however, I found it much more interesting to paint more abstract-ly (is that a word??)
Eventually, and quite by accident, I stumbled on my current style, which involves drizzling a design on the canvas with glue. Once it has dried, the painting basically happens around the design....I never really know where it will end up, and that is the best part for me!
I hope you enjoy what I have created.....I would love for you to tell me your thoughts (but please be gentle!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
