Abstract
Dan Boos is an American visual artist. Originally a sculptor, now primarily a painter. Studied at the University of Toledo. Ringling School of Arts and the Center for Visual Arts. His works reside in galleries, corporate collections and private collections throughout North America. His work ranges from abstract expressionism to minimalism. His three-dimensional works are similar to those of Moore and Hepworth. His two-dimensional works are similar to Hofmann and Kline. He is also a collagist and potter. His works are sometimes presented under the name Shawnawassee.
