I started painting when I was very young.
I have spent many years developing the style and techniques I use today.
My media is oil and alkyds. My subject matter is only left to the imagination. As I apply each thin layer of paint I begin to develop the color and intensity. A new world evolves leading the eye and imagination of the viewer on to see what is beyond the obvious.

Thanks, Peggy. I appreciate your enthusiasm regarding my work. I see your work shows your variety of interest. I, too, have a hard time keeping to just one topic. I especially love your work on zebras, a favorite of mine. Like the flowers, I find the close-in view of the emotional center of the animal fascinating. I am a new member as well and feel a sense of comradery with the fellow artists on this site. | ui uj
