Texas artist looking to set world record with portrait

A Texas artist is looking at the Big Picture. Literally.
Jose Leyba wants to set a new world record with a huge portrait covering more than 4 acres of canvas.
The massive portrait will show country music legend Willie Nelson.
There will even be a documentary detailing every step of the way.
'The Big Picture' project started when Leyba drew a sketch of Willie Nelson after Willie performed in Carl's Corner.
Leyba says, "He's a very good musician. I like his music... And he has good features."
The music icon autographed the portrait that Leyba plans to turn into a record-setting masterpiece.
McLennan County Filmmaker and Musician Dave Griffin is shooting the project for a documentary he hopes to sell.
Local bands and musicians are organizing concerts to gain support for the project.
Leyba plans to start the portrait in July.
He hopes to unveil it in December of 2011.
Leyba says he's ready for the challenge adding, "I just can't wait to get on it. The bigger the better for me. I've been drawing all my life so I'm anxious to get it started."
